Overview of Sidney Sussex College Governance

The White Book

The College recently reformed its procedures for dealing with reports of harassment including sexual misconduct. The revision acknowledged the College’s limited capacity, resources and expertise to deal with what are no doubt complaints of the greatest importance. It also recognised the need to favour, in the interest of students, the far superior disciplinary procedures established under University rules. The new framework and amended rules are available on Sidnet; FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, THEY REPLACE THE CORRESPONDING RULES INCLUDED IN THE WHITE BOOK BELOW, which will be updated at the earliest available opportunity.
