- Dining rights and how to book

If you are a member of Sidney Sussex College and either hold or are qualified for an MA, other Master's degree, or a higher degree from the University, you and up to two guests have the right to dine at High Table three times per academic year on most Wednesday or Sunday evenings during full term. There is no charge for alumni to dine, however guests do need to be paid for and there is a charge for wine with dinner at £5.95pp, and a charge of £5.95pp for combination drinks.
It is customary for members to wear academic gowns to dinner (a limited supply are available to borrow from the Porters' Lodge). Guests, unless they are members of the University, do not wear gowns.

- Bed and breakfast

All alumni are welcome to stay at Sidney Sussex College outside term time. We offer standard single rooms, en suite single rooms and en suite twin rooms. Please visit our booking page to make a reservation or contact the Accommodation Office for more information.
- Events and weddings

Alumni are very welcome to hold receptions and social gatherings in the College gardens, as well as private dinners, parties, weddings and conferences at Sidney. We are always delighted to host the weddings of members of Sidney in Sidney Sussex Chapel and in the College's beautiful buildings and gardens. More about getting married at Sidney

- The Muniment Room (archives and special collections)

The College's archives and special collections are housed in the Muniment Room, at the end of South Court nearest Garden Court. The collection contains some rare manuscripts and early printed books, which alumni are more than welcome to visit by prior arrangement with the Archivist (telephone: +44 (0) 1223 338824; email: archivist@sid.cam.ac.uk)
