The Wellbeing Team at Sidney Sussex College is seeking an exceptional individual to join their team as a Student Wellbeing Advisor.  Reporting to the Head of Student Wellbeing, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing prevention-focused wellbeing and mental health support for students.  The successful candidate will conduct high-quality assessments, triage, and provide ‘one-at-a-time’ wellbeing support, enabling a stepped care approach.

The post is fixed term for three years.  The post holder will work 37.5 hours per week. The salary is points 43 to 48 on the University single salary spine currently £38,205 to £44,263 per annum depending on experience.  Salary progression within this range is discretionary.

The working hours will generally be Monday to Friday.  Some overtime and occasional weekend working may be required.
