Hi, I’m Emily, a first year studying English from Sheffield!
As Sidney’s Women and Nonbinary officer, I’m the first port of call for anyone who identifies as female or nonbinary to voice their concerns or to suggest new ideas to make Sidney an even more inclusive and welcoming community. I’ll be working alongside other welfare officers to ensure that Sidney lives up to its friendly reputation, from running femsoc, to organising social events within the community!
I believe everyone should feel safe and welcome- both in College and in the wider university community- and I’m open to any suggestions on how to achieve this! I’m excited to take on this role and hope I can represent you well!
