Andrew is External Director of Studies for Linguistics for the Lent and Easter terms 2020.
Andrew is a senior research associate at the Computer Laboratory, carrying out research in educational technology for the Automated Language Teaching & Assessment Institute (ALTA). He has been a researcher for ALTA since its inception in October 2013. Before that he worked at the European Bioinformatics Institute for 3 years, and was a researcher on the English Profile Project. He has a PhD in Linguistics from Cambridge, and did his undergraduate studies at the University of Edinburgh.
