The College offers the following useful information for new and existing supervisors. Please refer to this page for setting up new accounts, supervision deadlines and termly payment dates.
**All new supervisors MUST request a Supervisor Account through CamCORS in order to make sure appropriate Right to Work checks and paperwork are completed prior to the commencement of work.**
- New Supervisors
If you have not supervised before you may be new to CamCORS, the system whereby supervision reports are entered and then payment processed by Payroll.
In order to create a supervisor account, you must have set up a Raven password and CRSid. Once you are ready please follow this link to set up a CamCORS Supervisor account.
If you continue to supervise, you will be asked to renew your supervisor account yearly.
Your College will be required to approve the new supervisor account request. If you are a Student Visa holder, the College will complete Right to Work checks, require copies of your Visa and Passport and you will also be asked to sign a contract. PhD students on a Student Visa or Directors of Studies/Fellows on the College Payroll must choose the payment option "Via College Payroll" when requesting their CamCORS account.
Once your request has been approved, you must complete the payment information and then you can begin to create reports for your students. The following link takes you to the CamCORS home page where you can login and also find user manuals for supervisors, this will explain the process of setting up your account for payments and creating reports. http://www.camcors.cam.ac.uk/
